An escape room is a team game for 2-6 people. We lock your team in a room and the goal of the game is to escape within 60 minutes. This is achieved by completing a series of challenges and eventually finding your way out of the room.
While our escape rooms are recommended for ages 14 upward, the puzzles may be too demanding for those under 10. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. We do recognise that all children are different so please feel free to ask.

We have toilets that customers can use, but we always suggest to go before you arrive.

Our escape rooms and indoor mini golf is situated on our 1st and 2nd floor and customers will need to be able to navigate stairs to access them.
Our bar, karaoke booths and axe throwing experiences are all situated on the ground floor and can be enjoyed by all.

Our escape rooms are quite large, but if you would feel more comfortable we can leave the room unlocked. Just let us know on arrival.

There are some parking spaces* available out the front of our building and a large car park situated behind on Orwell Street.

If you’re running late then please phone us as soon as possible and we can still try to fit you in.
We ask all teams to arrive 15 minutes BEFORE the scheduled booking time for a safety briefing. However, due to the nature of the game, if you arrive more than 15 minutes AFTER your scheduled booking time we will be unable to accommodate your booking and we will be unable to refund your payment. If you arrive 10 minutes late we will not be able to give you a full hour in the game room.

You will not be grouped with strangers. Booking a room or activity for a minimum of two players will give you the entire room for the duration of the game.
